Thomas Crumbley, MD

Dr. Thomas N. Crumbley, M.D., M.B.A., D.F.A.P.A. is a Yale trained and Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 30 years of clinical experience. After graduation from college and completion of graduate studies in mathematics and electrical engineering at U.T. and Georgia Tech, Dr. Crumbley entered medical school and began his career in medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Tennessee. After becoming licensed to practice medicine and surgery, he worked as a General Practitioner for a year before beginning specialty training. After completing an internship (internal medicine, neurology, emergency medicine, psychiatry), Dr. Crumbley was a Psychiatry Resident and Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University School of Medicine where he was Chief Resident during his PGY-4 year of Psychiarty Residency. Since his graduation from Yale, Dr. Crumbley has practiced psychiatry for over 30 years. Dr. Crumbley is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and also a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Outside of work, Dr. Crumbley enjoys helping others, reading, life-long study, weightlifting, bicycling, hiking, and his horses. Along with his wife, a world-class equestrienne, they own, train, and care for their horses at their home in Arizona. Together, they have won 3 World Championship titles with their show horses, and also enjoy exploring the countryside on their trail horses.
