Stacy Rakowitz is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2017. Stacy attended NAU for her undergraduate degree in Sociology and graduated from GCU with her Master’s in Professional Counseling. Stacy has worked in the behavioral health field since 2007, first as a case manager, then crisis counselor, and now therapist. Stacy provides therapy for teens and adults and specializes in working with those who have experienced domestic violence, sexual trauma. PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, and survivors of sex trafficking. Stacy utilizes EMDR, CBT, and person centered modalities with her clients to help them address their trauma and learn healthy coping techniques. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, her dogs, reading dystopian fiction, and watching reality TV/crime documentaries.
