Sean Gardner, MC, LPC

Sean Gardner is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Hawaii. Sean was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. He served active duty in the US Navy and served as a professional city firefighter-medic in Virginia. Sean earned his BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and Masters in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu in Hawaii. He earned his Independent License back in 2019 in Hawaii. Sean has been working as a mental health counselor since 2015 working with adolsecents, adults, families and couples. Sean has experience working directly with veterans and active duty service members and their families. He uses and ecclectic approach to therapy, pulling mostly from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT. Sean is also a trauma-informed therapist and uses a down-to-earth, “soul-to-soul” approach, helping his clients understand the human experience from a personal experiential truth as well as understanding who they REALLY are and their true potential.
