Sarah is a Clinical Director who has been practicing therapy since 2015. She has a Master of Advanced Study in Marriage & Family Therapy from ASU. Sarah provides individual therapy, couple’s therapy, and family therapy with adults and children. She has also developed a particular interest in Infant Mental Health and has completed the Infant/Family Clinical Practice training program through the Harris Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Training Institute at Southwest Human Development. She uses a variety of clinical perspectives, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Couple’s Therapy, Gottman Couple’s Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Structural Family Therapy, and she is PREPARE/ENRICH Certified. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and creative projects such as cross-stitch, puzzles, and LEGO.
