Megan Cox, LPC, is an Independent Clinical Therapist in Arizona who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Megan provides individual therapy for adults, children, couples, and families struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, communication, and self-esteem. She is trained in trauma treatment and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), uses attachment-based approach to heal trauma stemming from one-time events to relational trauma, as well as addressing childhood trauma to heal the adult self. Megan is mostly a solution-focused therapist, utilizing self-compassion, assertiveness, and communication skills. Outside of work, Megan enjoys reading, writing, crafts, and spending time with her family and pets.
