Kristen Vallely, MFT, LAMFT

Kristen Vallely is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing at Denova since 2022. She holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. With experience in the mental health field since 2018, Kristen employs a systems approach and emphasizes authenticity in her practice. Her specialties include identity exploration, parenting support, generational healing (including EMDR therapy), and guiding individuals through navigating alternative relationship structures such as polyamory. Outside of her professional life, Kristen enjoys exploring new destinations, attending holistic events, and spending quality time in nature.
