Aubrey is a licensed clinical social worker who has been providing therapy since 2015. Aubrey received her bachelor’s in psychology from Brigham Young University and master’s in social work from Arizona State University. Aubrey is also licensed to provide services to those living in Idaho. Using a strengths perspective, Aubrey provides trauma informed care and utilizes various modalities, including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys exploring alternative approaches to healing, spending time with friends, and watching documentaries.
