If for any reason the patient is unable to keep the scheduled appointment it is the responsibility of the Patient, Parent, and/or Legal Guardian to call Denova staff, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, to cancel. If the Patient fails to cancel their appointment at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, a $50 no show fee will be applied. This fee must be paid prior to being seen for any Medical, Dietetic, Psychiatric and/or Counseling appointment. Note: All AHCCCS patients are exempt from this fee.
