Kari Beckstrand, MC, LPC

Kari Beckstrand is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2015. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kari provides individual therapy services to adults who have experienced a variety of symptoms and diagnoses including attachment trauma, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, and more. Kari provides specialty services in EMDR and uses an integrative approach from many therapeutic modalities like Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and CBT. Kari specializes in trauma work. Outside of work, Kari enjoys being active, travelling to new places, and spending time with family, including her two kitties.
