Brook Mosley-Schubert, LMSW brings a rich background in clinical therapy and special education to her role at Denova, where she joined in 2023. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, as well as a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Dominican University. Her career includes significant experience in the school system where she provided mental health services and held a leadership role as the Director of Special Education. This background has equipped her with extensive expertise in working with individuals with disabilities, including cognitive impairments, autism, and learning disabilities. Brook employs a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of her clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person-Centered Therapy. She is passionate about assisting individuals as they navigate the various phases of their lives, fostering growth and resilience. Outside of her professional life, Brook enjoys engaging in activities that enhance her own well-being such as hiking, paddle boarding, and yoga. She also savors the simple pleasures of a big cup of coffee in the morning and enjoys binge-watching her favorite Netflix show.
