Annual E-mail Support

Free Support: DeNova provides free technical support via e-mail to a single user for the first six months after he/she purchased JExpress. We also provide free e-mail support to customers evaluating a DeNova product during the trial period. All questions must be related to the installation and usage of the product.

An engineer will respond with suggestions, comments, or questions about your specific incident within 1 business day, barring technical difficulties with the Internet, of course. The more technical information you provide about your configuration, the faster the engineer is to solve your challenge. Please use our support form to help give the maximum details.

The intent of the support contract is to help a single engineer refine their knowledge of the product. Therefore, DeNova reserves the right to authorize, or not authorize, the transfer of the free support included with the product purchase to another engineer.

 


Annual E-mail Support: A single developer, who has purchased a license to JExpress, can receive a year's e-mail support about any JExpress installation or usage questions by purchasing the support contract from the order form. There is no limit to the number of questions or e-mail messages you can send during the year.
