DeNova is committed to helping customers get the maximum use from our products. Our engineers work with you to find solutions, not assign blame or point fingers.

You get free technical support via e-mail for the first six months after you purchase a new JExpress license. We also provide free e-mail support to customers evaluating a DeNova product for their trial period. All questions must be related to the installation and usage of JExpress.

An engineer will respond to your questions with suggestions, comments, or questions about your specific incident within 1 business day, barring technical difficulties with the Internet, of course. Usually, you'll get much faster response.
